About Us

Team Jesus Ministries is a Non-Profit 501 c 3 Interdenominational Christian Organization whose primary mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus in places where both denominational and local churches don’t reach. We License and Ordain those called by God to Preach, Teach, Counsel, Minister, Pastor, and help the captives and the needy. We offer training and instruction on how to perform the duties of ministers, such as Christian Services, Weddings, Baptisms, Funerals, and Counseling in all matters of the Christian Faith.

Team Jesus Ministries was officially incorporated in the state of Georgia in November of 1978, when founder Rev. Luke Edmondson fulfilled a promise he made to God after God healed his son. He promised he would take the Gospel of Jesus wherever he was called. Rev. Luke began holding Christian Services and preaching at Motor Cross Tracks throughout the southeast where he and his son Eric established “Team Jesus” a winning motor cycle racing team that wore the insignia which serves as our ministry logo today. Many young riders were lead to the Lord and baptized during these races. The ministry ventured into jail ministry and today serves a multiplicity of ministries initially located primarily in the state of Georgia and now across the nation. Our members and ministers are involved in Jail/Prison Ministries, Homeless Ministries, Nursing Homes, Food Pantries, Men’s, Women’s and Children’s Ministries, just to name a few in which they have been called serve of our Lord.
